Not to mention the main menu with Marie-Jeanne's famous zucchini fritters, the veal chop and its
incredibly tender potatoes... Each dish tells a story, and some are only found here. The cellar book offers a wide selection of vintages, with emblematic vintages and grape varieties endemic to Corsica.
