Between the sea and the mountains, we welcome you to two complementary locations : the Hotel U San Dume and the Restaurant Chez Léon. They bring together those who enjoy taking their time: the time for a good meal and a peaceful stay to discover the Corsican region and its sumptuous landscapes.

At Chez Léon, the cuisine is a family affair and a legacy. Inspired by local produce, it blends Corsican tradition with Mediterranean influences, in a refined yet generous spirit. The ingredients are fresh, seasonal, and come directly from local producers : market vegetables, fish caught early in the morning, and carefully selected meats.

A wonderful time on the terrace (with an exceptional view over the village of Sant'Antonino and the sea), accompanied by birds of prey (red kites) flying overhead.
Beautiful menu ! Our dishes were perfect – very tasty and fresh. For example: Corsican Menu at €38. The unforgettable profiteroles to share! A place to remember!
